Just a thought...
… For all my adorable Leaving Cert who are actually taking their French oral today, whereas I’m in Dublin with Maritxu. They must be so freaked out, poor things. I sincerely hope they’ll do fine… They deserve it, they all worked really hard for this, and the pressure on their shoulders is enormous. All the best for you, lads!
John, don’t play with your fingers on the table.
Alan R., don’t hold the picture.
Connor, don’t panic.
Adam, don’t say “huuuummm” all the time.
Michael, don’t give up before answering.
Ciaran, don’t say “hier” when you want to say “demain”. And vice versa.
Barry, don’t forget smiling!
Cormac, don’t forget that "jupe" is so not "jumper".
Alan M, don’t lose yourself in all the French papers you have in your bag!
Oliver, don’t forget talking about music.
Paul, don’t think quatre and quatorze are the same thing.
David, don’t forget looking to the examiner. With such blue eyes, will be a shame if you don’t.
Robin, don’t speak English.
Brian, don’t lose faith!
Ciaran, don't get mixed up with the tenses.
And as it's a woman, charm her, lads!
